What we collect
When you contact us through the pickup form, we collect what you enter:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Business or organization (optional)
- City
- Equipment details, quantity, and any description you provide
Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) as part of normal operation.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry
- To determine whether a pickup is a fit
- To coordinate contact and pickup
We don’t sell your information. We use it to handle your inquiry and to get back to you.
Form handling
The pickup form is processed by our hosting provider’s form service, which passes your submission along to us by email. A hidden field is used to reduce spam.
Cookies and analytics
The site doesn’t set tracking cookies and doesn’t run advertising trackers. If we add simple, privacy-respecting analytics later, we’ll update this page.
Your data on devices you send us
Please remove personal, business, or sensitive data before transferring equipment whenever possible. Ozark Reclaim Tech does not currently advertise certified data-destruction services.
