What is Ozark Reclaim Tech?
Ozark Reclaim Tech is a small Northwest Arkansas electronics reuse and refurbishment operation. We collect selected electronics from businesses, organizations, and individuals, then check them for reuse, resale, useful parts, or recycling through established programs.
Are you an electronics recycler?
No. Ozark Reclaim Tech is a small electronics reuse and resale operation. We check selected equipment for continued use, repair, resale, or useful parts. Anything we cannot reuse may go to an established electronics-recycling program. We do not provide certified recycling or certified data-destruction services.
What electronics do you take?
Business laptops, desktop PCs, Macs and workstations, servers, GPUs and computer components, flat-panel monitors, working CRT televisions and monitors, networking equipment, game consoles, projectors, phones, and tablets. We also take printers, AV equipment, cables, chargers, power supplies, and broken equipment with useful parts.
Do you take CRT televisions and monitors?
Working CRT televisions and computer monitors may be a fit, but send a photo first. We decide case by case and do not routinely accept every CRT. Non-working, damaged, or broken CRTs are generally declined.
Is pickup free?
Pickup is free for qualifying loads within our normal service area. We run one small vehicle, so the quantity, location, and type of equipment determine whether a pickup qualifies.
What areas do you serve?
Serving Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Johnson, and nearby Northwest Arkansas communities. Pickups farther from Fayetteville depend on the type and quantity of equipment.
Do you accept small quantities?
Yes. If you have a few useful items instead of a truckload, send the item list and photos. We can see whether the pickup makes sense, even if it is too small for a traditional commercial recycler.
What information should I send to get started?
A rough count, your location, the equipment types, and a few photos are plenty. Note the condition if you know it. You do not need to prepare a detailed asset inventory or exact model numbers.
What happens to the electronics after pickup?
We look for reuse and resale first, then useful parts. Anything we cannot reasonably reuse goes to a suitable recycling program.
Can you provide documentation of the pickup?
Yes. When requested, we can fill out a property-transfer authorization with the releasing party, pickup details, equipment covered, and permission to take possession. We can give the authorized representative a copy. It records the handoff, not recycling or data destruction.
What should I do about data on my devices?
Please remove personal, business, or sensitive data before handing over equipment whenever possible. We do not offer certified data destruction.
What don’t you take?
We usually can’t take large appliances, items too large or heavy for one small vehicle, hazardous or unknown materials, or swollen or visibly damaged lithium batteries. When in doubt, ask.
Should I contact you before recycling old technology?
Yes. Before you send old electronics to a recycler, give us a chance to reuse them. If we can keep them in use, that is the better option.
