Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) as part of normal operation.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry
- To discuss your equipment and arrange a pickup
- To coordinate contact and pickup
We don’t sell your information. We use it only to handle your inquiry and get back to you.
Email and phone
We do not collect pickup inquiries through a website form. Email, calls, and text messages use the relevant service providers. Please do not send passwords, account credentials, or sensitive files with your inquiry.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to show us basic, aggregated traffic data such as page views and referrers. It’s cookieless and doesn’t track you across other sites. We don’t set advertising cookies or run ad trackers.
Your data on devices you send us
Back up the files you need and agree on storage handling with us before handoff. Ask about wiping supported hard drives and SSDs with a written outcome report for each drive. Keep any storage you do not authorize us to process. We do not provide certified data destruction.
