What we collect
When you contact us through the pickup form, we collect what you enter:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Business or organization (optional)
- City
- Equipment details, quantity, and any description you provide
Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) as part of normal operation.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry
- To determine whether a pickup is a fit
- To coordinate contact and pickup
We don’t sell your information. We use it only to handle your inquiry and get back to you.
Form handling
The pickup form is processed by our hosting provider’s form service, which passes your submission along to us by email. A hidden field is used to reduce spam.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to show us basic, aggregated traffic data such as page views and referrers. It’s cookieless and doesn’t track you across other sites. We don’t set advertising cookies or run ad trackers.
Your data on devices you send us
Please remove personal, business, or sensitive data before handing over equipment whenever possible. We do not offer certified data destruction.
