Replacing computers or clearing out an IT closet? Your retired equipment may still have plenty to offer. We look for machines that can keep working and parts that can help repair others.
Offices, schools, repair shops, nonprofits, and other local organizations are welcome. A few computers or a box of components is enough to ask about.

Computers, monitors, networking gear, and parts
We consider laptops, desktops, Macs, servers, flat-panel monitors, switches, routers, drives, RAM, and GPUs. Some broken equipment can provide useful parts. See what we take for the full list and exclusions.
Start with a conversation
Email a short description and your city. Include a rough count or photos if you have them. Mention stairs, heavy equipment, rack-mounted gear, or a deadline so we can discuss access and timing before you start moving things.
Pickup is free for qualifying loads, such as a few working laptops or desktops or a group of flat-panel monitors. Boxes of parts are considered case by case. We use one small vehicle, so equipment size, quantity, and location affect what we can collect. We confirm the details before scheduling.
Prepare after we confirm the pickup
Have your authorized IT staff confirm backups, storage handling, and device-management locks before handoff. Our office pickup checklist covers storage, accessories, and access.
Drive wiping and written reports
For supported drives, we provide data wiping that follows NIST SP 800-88 guidelines, with a written report for every drive we process. We overwrite magnetic hard drives with ShredOS and use supported device-native Secure Erase or Sanitize methods for SSDs. We check and document the result. Failed or unverifiable drives stay out of reuse and resale and are held for authorized physical destruction. We do not hold NAID AAA or R2 certification.

A record of the pickup, if you need one
We can provide optional property-transfer paperwork documenting the equipment and permission to collect it. This records the handoff; it is not a recycling or data-destruction certificate.
If your organization requires certified data destruction, a formal chain of custody, or a large decommissioning project, choose a provider that meets those requirements. We do not provide certified recycling or destruction services.
Keep useful equipment in circulation
We assess equipment for continued use, refurbishment, resale, and parts recovery. Passing it along can give another person a useful machine or help keep an existing computer running. Our pickup and reuse process explains how we assess it.
