Qualifying pickups are free.
Working, repairable, and parts-useful electronics are the best fit: laptops, desktop computers, Macs, servers, networking equipment, monitors, computer components, phones and tablets when appropriate, consoles, cables, chargers, small UPS units, and other small electronics that fit our acceptance rules.
Small electronics loads that aren't worth a large recycler's time are exactly the kind of pickup we're willing to look at. A few PCs, monitors, laptops, network devices, or boxes of useful components may still be worth contacting us about. We confirm each load before scheduling it.

What can we document?
When requested, we can fill out a property-transfer authorization for the handoff. It records the transfer, not recycling or data destruction.
What we don’t provide
We don’t provide certified ITAD or data-destruction services, recycling or destruction certificates, or a public electronics drop-off.
Who this works for
A good fit for us
Equipment that works, can be repaired, reused, resold, or used for parts, as long as the load fits a small local pickup.
When to use a certified provider
Choose a certified ITAD or recycling provider if you need regulated data handling, a formal chain of custody, destruction certificates, or a large decommissioning project.
When to use a local waste program
Broken or unwanted CRTs, hazardous items, damaged batteries, large appliances, and anything we can’t take should go to a local program that accepts them.

Choose a pickup time
For a qualifying load, we’ll set a pickup time that works for you.
Document the transfer
When requested, we fill out a property-transfer authorization with the person releasing the equipment. It records the pickup details, equipment covered, authority to release it, and whether storage media is included. We can give the organization a copy.
Reuse and recovery
We look for reuse, refurbishment, and useful parts first, then send the rest to recycling.
What we usually look for
Business laptops and desktops, Macs and workstations, servers, networking gear, flat-panel monitors, and working CRT TVs and monitors are all worth asking about. Broken equipment can still be useful for parts.

What to send us
Is pickup free?
Pickup is free for qualifying loads within our normal service area. We run one small vehicle, so the quantity, location, and type of equipment determine whether a pickup qualifies. We’ll tell you plainly.
Can you document the handoff?
Yes. When requested, we can fill out a property-transfer authorization with the releasing party, pickup details, equipment covered, and permission to take possession. We can give the authorized representative a copy. It records the handoff, not recycling or data destruction.
What happens after pickup
We look for reuse and resale first, then useful parts. Anything we cannot reasonably reuse goes to a suitable recycling program.
What we might decline
We usually can’t take large appliances, items too large or heavy for one small vehicle, hazardous or unknown materials, or damaged lithium batteries. When in doubt, ask. See What We Take for details.
